A Werewolf Stripper?
As fans eagerly await the return of True Blood’s Season 5 this summer, Joe Manganiello seems to be the most prolific celebrity spoiler for the show. It has been noted that if we were to call season four the season of the witch, season five will be the season of the werewolf. That means a whole host of hot new werewolf cast members. Manganiello told Access Hollywood correspondent Tim Vincent (at GQ’s Men of the Year Party in LA) that he’s looking forward to

What do Luna, Sookie, and Jessica Have in Common?
They’re all hotties, of course! It’s obvious that HBO’s True Blood is one of the scariest and goriest horror shows on TV, but what makes it even better are the beauties we get to see on screen. Three of Bon Temps' residents made it on the Complex Top 25 Hottest Women on Horror TV Shows list:

#2- Deborah Ann Woll (Jessica Hamby)

#7- Janina Gavankar (Luna Garza)

#15- Anna Paquin (Sookie Stackhouse)

For all those Truebie fans who can barely survive the 9 month hiatus between seasons, good news is in store for you. The sets have been dusted off and are ready to be used for production.

All set and ready to go as well, is our favorite feisty redhead, Arlene Fowler -- AKA Carrie Preston, who Tweeted the following photo:

We can’t wait to see what hijinks are in store for Merlotte and his employees this year!

“The Year of the Werewolf”:
Last year HBO's True Blood was without a doubt all about the witches (besides the ever present vampires). This year, Joe Manganiello (who plays uber-hot werewolf, Alcide Herveaux), has suggested it will be time for the weres to take a stand:
“They’re casting a lot of new werewolves, a lot of hot werewolf chicks.”
Some of which may cause Alcide grief, as he suggested to Access Hollywood correspondent, Tim Vincent. Take Dale Dickey (from Winter's Bone),

Yorkshire Terriers, Love Squares, and Werewolves, Oh My!

Joe Manganiello as True Blood’s AlcideIn a recent interview, Emma Roberts, an Entertainment Reporter for MSN Entertainment, spoke with the statuesque Joe Manganiello about his role as Alcide Herveaux on HBO's True Blood.  At 6'5" and 225 lbs, Manganiello is not only a beefy hunk of a man, but as Roberts notes, is charming and adorable.  When Alcide growls, Manganiello revealed that he's channelling his 8 lb Yorkshire Terrier when Hercules (how effing sexy is a big man with a tiny dog named Hercules?) is threatened with the prospect of losing his pig-ear treat. If you weren't swooning over Joe before, now would be a good time to start.

What Manganiello loves, and what audiences love about his role as Alcide, is what we love about dogs: "he's very loyal, he has a big heart; no matter all the bad things that happen to him, he keeps coming back."  And why does Alcide originally fall for Sookie?  She smells good.  (I wish he'd sniff me out!)

About the forming love square between his character, Sookie Stackhouse, Bill Compton and Eric Northman, Manganiello surmises,
"My character offers something very different to the other two vampire suitors - he can go out with Sookie during the day, take her to tea, g [...]
